You can register your account through your institution and have the freedom of paying your bill directly from your checking or savings account. If you register your account with your institution, you will need to know the reference number for BPAY. This number is located next to the BPAY logo on the front of your billing statement. South Australian Water Bill Payment Options
Using the secure 24-hour system online sawater.com.au, you are able to make payments when you need to. This system is easy to use and all you need is your account information and a credit card. There is a limit on the amount you can pay using the credit card with this system, and that amount is $100,000. Be sure that you include all characters of your account number when using this system. Pay by phone
If you would like to make your payment over the phone SA water makes that just as simple as their other options. You can use the phone service 24 hours a day 7 days a week too. The number to call to make a payment over the phone is 1-300-650-870
You can choose to have your checking or savings account directly debited. This method gives you the freedom of not having to worry about sending out your payment every month. You will no longer have to worry with writing checks, buying stamps or waiting in those longs lines at the post office. Your account that you set up will be automatically debited each month when your bill is due. You will not be able to set this up with a credit card account however. It can only be a checking or savings account. If you would like to sign up for direct debit, you must first fill out an application. After that, you will simply send it back to the company and they will get you set up. Be sure to continue to make your payments as you normally would until you are sure your direct debit has taken effect.
